Elevating Exhibitor Presence
We understand the impact an industry gathering has on your exhibiting companies. For every event, there are dozens of logistical requirements for exhibitors that need to be met. When you work with Champion, delivering a great experience to your exhibitors is part of our CODE of Service. Our goal is to help elevate exhibitor presence for a better ROI on your show and ease their planning and pack up process. And we carry though on this with our Exhibitor PACT — by being Proactive, Accountable, Comprehensive in our communication and Tailored in our approach.
Proactive
We reach out to exhibitors rather than waiting for them to reach out to us. This goes from pre-show communication with the dedicated Exhibitor Relations Coordinator assigned to your event reaching out personally to every exhibitor to Floor Managers visiting each booth to accommodate the needs of your exhibitors. At the close of the show Floor Managers walk through lines at the service desk to expedite departure.
Accountable
Our Exhibitor Relations Coordinator personally assists exhibitors in the planning process, and works directly with the exhibitors to understand their needs and goals for exhibiting at your show. If specialty products and/or services are require – such as Exhibit Transportation or a Custom Exhibit – the Exhibitor Relations Coordinator will coordinate these services, connecting the exhibitors with the right specialist within Champion. For extra ease, Exhibitor Solutions Coordinators are located on show-site in our Service Center from move-in through move-out.
Comprehensive Communications
There’s a lot for an exhibitor to coordinate so we do our part in making sure that all schedules and deadlines are clearly communicated early and often throughout their experience.
Pre-Show
- Exhibitor Service Manuals are newly designed for ease of use
- Welcome Letters advise exhibitors of communication schedules and deadline dates for discounts
- Online Ordering: Using Champion’s password protected online ordering tool, your exhibitors can order furniture, drapery and on-site services and check the status of their orders
- Live Chat: Champion provides instant access to a Champion call center representative for show inquiries via real time chat
On site
- Move-In & Move-Out Notices are distributed to each booth listing pertinent show information as well as contact information for Floor Manager(s)
- Exhibitor Service Center: We provide an experienced service desk team to provide your exhibitors and partners with assistance while on site
- Signage schedule with times is posted in the Exhibitor Service Center as well as on the show floor to manage exhibitor’s expectations and planning
- Self-Serve Kiosk: Champion’s on-site kiosk let exhibitors obtain & print shipping labels, track freight, print material handling forms, report issues and request in-booth service
- QuickScan™ Package Delivery: Proprietary software enables exhibitors to track the delivery of all their small packages while at the show
Post-Show
- Exhibitor Surveys are sent to each exhibitor. We follow-up with any exhibitor issues with a personal phone call, and provide the show organizer with a summary of issues.
Tailored Approach
We know that in order for your exhibitors to truly reap the best return from your event requires a tailored approach to your exhibit hall. To provide this service, Champion will be assigning a dedicated Exhibitor Product Analyst whose role is to assess what your exhibitors are doing on the show floor and the booths themselves.
- Product & Service Report: Our Exhibitor Product Analysts review exhibitor needs and trends on a show-by-show basis, and produce a report for you that includes a baseline analysis and recommendations for your event going forward.
- Exhibitor Education: Champion also provides customized online seminars tailored specifically to the needs of your exhibitors. We can educate first time exhibitors, on address topics ranging from cost savings to materials handling.
